Yesterday was World Mental Health Day and Reach Out for Mental Health was in Grays Shopping Centre offering somewhere comfy to sit and chat.
I would like to thank Simon and Ben from the shopping centre, The Break Bar and TRUP for the loan of the furniture, a number of Local Area Coordinators and everyone who stopped for a chat!
