Grays Big Local Festival Wednesday 26th July – Book your stand today!

We are delighted to announce the launch of our event the Grays Big Local Festival 2017.

This is a step on from the Big Lunch that we organised last year, building on the success of previous events run by Thurrock Council.

This year our event will be held at Grays Beach Park to give us some extra space.  We will be having a bigger, better stage and entertainment line up and the event will last an hour longer.

The date is Wednesday 26th July and we are looking for stall holders from both the community/voluntary sector and businesses.

There are three categories of stall with the following fee charges:

Charity/Community/Public Sector: £20

Business: £30*

*If you are a food or refreshment business you need to apply for a pitch via our partners at Peckish – We are only able to offer a limited number of food business pitches

*We provide face painting to those attending and hence will not accept applications from face painting businesses.

All fees collected will be spent directly on activities at the event to make it as great as possible for the public.

Please note:

No vehicular access (for packing away) will be permitted until the end of the event at 5pm.

All vehicles must be in the designated parking area or out of the park by 10:30pm

You will need to bring your own tables.
You will be expected to take any rubbish pertaining to your stall away with you. Bags will be provided.

Stalls being run by the organisers include refreshments, sweets and food.

Insurance may not be necessary, please do not consider this a barrier to you taking a stall.
